Job Description:

  • Generation of business from Existing Clients (Large and SME segments)
  • Responsible for tracking of the Existing corporate and to approach them for complete travel solution by providing offsite, onsite solution and online tool
  • Responsible for negotiation and closing deals, implementation, training and account management of corporate
  • Responsible for arrangements of initial meeting of company’s operation and finance dept with corporate along with the other team member as per scope of client
  • Responsible for building up the relationship with all the department of the corporate
  • Responsible for review meetings, reconciliation and travel policy adherence
  • One point of contact for all escalations, customer feedback and inter department co ordination
  • Cross selling of Leisure/holiday products, Forex, MICE, Credit card VIP Desk in existing corporate
  • Responsible for checking any error/irregularity and compliance in the process with Ops team
  • Maintain the complete track record of corporate in terms of Sales figure and month on month review, Customer satisfaction, Top management and deciding authority personal information and updation of same in the CRM
  • Responsible for achieving the yearly sales target.
  • Responsible for distribution of sale figure and area among the team.
  • Responsible for timely submission of invoice and payments
  • Responsible for helping team at bottle neck scenarios and getting approvals from the higher management
  • Representing sales team in promotion, events and seminars
  • Responsible in recovery of financial liability in dire straits case
  • Responsible for all negotiation of corporate with hotels, cabs, Airlines, Insurance, Credit cards, calling cards
  • Responsible for Complete travel policy implementation
  • Responsible for Internal audit in case of any challenge in ops or finance
  • Cross selling of products in Global location of MNC corporate
  • Networking with the Global team for New sale update
  • Responsible for monthly training on CRM as per global standards
