Job Description:

  • Responsible for sales, marketing and operational excellence including formulating of business plans, people management, Cost Management, business growth and expansion.
  • Identifying and developing new customers for long term revenue growth and maintain a relationship with customers to ensure continuous demand & business.
  • Involved in conceptualizing, budgeting, implementing and monitoring effectiveness of all the brand building & lead generation activities.
  • Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends/ competitors' moves to achieve market share metrics.
  • Leading, training and motivating the teams ensuring their career development and contribution to the company.
  • Setting targets for achieving sales volume, business growth and contributing profit to the organization.

 

Business Development/Marketing

  • Identifying new streams for revenue growth & developing marketing plans to build new business sources.
  • Utilizing potential market information & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
  • Evolving market segmentation & implementing strategies to achieve targets.
  • Direction and administration of all the business, sales and marketing operations and the various administrative functions to achieve outstanding results.

 

Key Customer Management

  • Developing relationships with Key customers for business development.
  • Interfacing with customers for obtaining feedbacks, suggesting the most viable product-range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
  • Managing activities pertaining to negotiating/finalization of deals for smooth execution of sales & order processing. Provide support to Institutions and resolving their issues/concerns.

 

Relationship Management

  • Building and strengthening relationships with key customers, medical fraternity, opinion leaders and thereby ensuring high customer association with organization.
  • Coordinating with the marketing team, product managers for formulating/developing competition oriented product promotion strategy
  • Maintaining cordial business relationship with trade association at various levels for mutual benefits.

 

Team Management

  • Management of day-to-day profit and implementing, measuring & monitoring business processes in a new business.
  • Providing direction, motivation & training to the field sales team for ensuring optimum performance for all operational sales related departments.
  • Training the team & ensuring adherence to the norms; reviewing yearly performance of sales team in the states for reporting to the top management.
  • o Conducting meetings for setting up sales objectives and designing or streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of the sales operations
