• Responsible for generating revenues by bringing corporate sales (MICE) business from acquiring new corporate accounts & retaining existing corporate with focus on achieving predefined sales target & growth.
• Perform sales calls, compose sales reports and lead follow up, forecast and plan monthly & quarterly sales targets and execute them in a given time frame to contribute in bottom line of the company.
• Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors’ activities and providing valuable inputs to senior management for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
• Interfacing with corporate clients for ascertaining requirements, making product and destination presentation and delivering need based economical and innovative product & itineraries.
• Devising marketing budget and preparing sales forecast plan.
• Devising business development strategies to build customer preference & augmented marketing evolution of international / domestic markets.
• Developing relationships with decision makers in target organizations & association for business development.
• Represent Company in various trade shows, events, conferences to create branding & generate potential leads.
• Building and maintaining healthy business relationship with corporate clients (existing & potential clients), ensuring highest degree of customer satisfaction by achieving timely delivery & service quality norms.
• Supervising customer service operations for rendering and achieving quality services, facilitating first line customer support by answering queries & resolving issues.
